Our client, a leading and expanding regional law firm with Legal 500 and Lexcel accreditation, is seeking a Senior Associate Company Commercial Solicitor to join its Swansea office.

Overview

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years relevant experience, with a strong track record across the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and shareholder agreements, e-commerce matters and terms of business.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on commercial law matters related to the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate terms of business and e-commerce arrangements for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of relevant experience in company commercial law.
