An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced claimant clinical negligence solicitor with a leading practice with offices in Newport. This firm is known for its commitment to excellence in legal services. The Newport office is now looking to hire at mid-senior level.
The firm seeks to recruit an ambitious 5+ PQE clinical negligence solicitor to join the growing department in Newport. You will be required to demonstrate experience handling your own clinical negligence claims including high value and complex claims.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload covering the broad spectrum of clinical negligence including but not limited to:
- Delay in diagnosis
- Misdiagnosis
- Cancer claims
- Birth injuries to baby and mother
- Brain injury
- Fatal claims
You should be a Qualified Solicitor with experience in growing a team/department and managing your own workload within clinical negligence.
