TSR Legal is delighted to be working with an established and highly regarded commercial law firm with offices across Wales, who are looking to appoint a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their Cardiff team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal looking to develop their career within civil litigation and property litigation, working closely with a Director and gaining exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role
Working closely with a Director within the Litigation team, you will provide support across a varied caseload, with a particular focus on property litigation and commercial disputes.
This is a hands-on opportunity where you will have the chance to become closely involved in the progression of matters and develop your understanding of contentious legal work.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with a varied caseload of civil and property litigation matters.
- Supporting the management and progression of property disputes and commercial litigation matters.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court documentation.
- Undertaking legal research and assisting with case preparation.
- Managing and progressing files in line with deadlines and client requirements.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, courts and other third parties.
- Assisting with pre-action correspondence and litigation processes.
- Supporting enforcement and post-judgment matters where required.
- Maintaining accurate and well-organised case files.
- Providing administrative and legal support to the Director.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of service.
About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, organised and keen to build a long-term career within litigation.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within civil litigation, property litigation or another contentious legal environment. xsabvtc
- An interest in developing your knowledge of property and commercial disputes.
