TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading law firm who are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team, working closely with a Partner on a broad range of commercial property matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of commercial property law within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Assist the Partner with a varied caseload, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease negotiations and renewals
- Property finance and secured lending
- Development projects
- Title investigations and due diligence
You will be actively involved in transactions from instruction through to completion, gaining valuable exposure to high-quality work.
About You
- Previous experience in a commercial property role (paralegal or legal assistant)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive and professional approach
