This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing People Manager to join a leading national conveyancing business based in Cardiff on a hybrid working basis. The business is modern, forward thinking and technology led, with a strong focus on people, performance and service delivery. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a capable people manager to oversee and support a high performing conveyancing team. This role will suit an experienced manager with a strong background in residential conveyancing and proven experience in leading and developing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high standards and building a positive and supportive team culture.

The Role

  • Managing and overseeing a conveyancing team
  • Supporting and developing team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management
  • Monitoring productivity, quality and service levels across the team
  • Working closely with senior management to improve processes and overall performance
  • Leading on all people management activity including reviews, development plans and training
  • Encouraging a collaborative, inclusive and high performing team environment

What experience will the ideal candidate have?

  • Extensive experience within residential conveyancing
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams within a fast paced environment
  • Strong people management and communication skills
