TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a modern and rapidly growing conveyancing practice that is looking to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated conveyancer with 2-3 years experience managing their own residential property caseload who is looking to join a forward thinking firm that embraces technology, values client care, and offers genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role
- You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions
- Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
- Delivering high levels of client care and communication throughout the transaction process
