Key Responsibilities- Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries, delivering a professional and high standard of customer service.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new matters, including preparing confirmation of instruction documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Conveyancing team while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory procedures.
- Supporting due diligence processes and assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance checks.
- Handling routine telephone enquiries from clients and third parties, ensuring information is recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience within an administrative role is essential; experience within legal, conveyancing, or property sectors would be advantageous but is not required.
