TSR Legal is pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that continues to experience impressive growth across its Residential Property division. As part of its ongoing expansion plans throughout 2025 and 2026, an opportunity has arisen for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join its successful conveyancing team in Nailsea.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong residential conveyancing background who is looking to join a supportive, collaborative team with an established client base and a reputation for delivering exceptional client service.

The Opportunity

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a broad range of transactions including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Registered and unregistered titles
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • New build purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Equity release matters

Working within a busy and respected team, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards while building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other professionals.
