TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a leading Residential Property team in Thornbury, currently looking to welcome a talented Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer to the team.

This is an opportunity to join a firm where quality of work and client care come first, rather than high-volume caseloads. If you take pride in delivering a personal, tailored service and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this could be an excellent next step.

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Reporting on title and mortgage conditions

You will also be encouraged to take an active role in business development, supporting relationships with local estate agents and contributing to marketing initiatives across the team.

On the financial side, you will be confident handling:

  • Billing and completion statements
  • Client account transactions
  • General file financial administration in line with procedures

This is a well-established and highly regarded Residential Property team with strong connections across the local market. Strong focus on work/life balance and wellbeing.

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

Law degree or CILEx Professional Qualification (CPQ) desirable.
