Plot Sales Legal Executive / Conveyancer

My client is a niche law firm based in central Bristol are seeking a Chartered Legal Executive or Conveyancer to assist primarily on plot sales (exchanges, completions and post completions) for developers of some of the largest developments in the UK (50 to 2000 unit developments) ; there may be some other matters such as residential sales and purchases for individuals and some basic management matters such as licenses for alterations/assign but the bulk of the work (c80%) will be on development sales.

Experience

All candidates must have at least 2 years experience in residential plot sales. They must have a firm grasp of the conveyancing process and be able to run their own development sales files (including exchanges and completions) from start to finish including dealing with all enquiries from purchasers solicitors and the client.
