Paralegal-Prospect Assessor About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal / Prospect Assessor to join a growing legal team, supporting clients with a range of employment law matters. This role would suit someone at an early stage of their legal career who has a genuine interest in employment law and is looking for the opportunity to develop their knowledge and progress into a full case-handling position. You will initially be responsible for reviewing newly referred claims and assessing their prospects of success, considering the available instructions, evidence and relevant legal tests. You will receive appropriate supervision and support while working through a structured 12-month training and development plan, designed to build your knowledge and practical experience in employment law litigation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for their own caseload, with the longer-term aim of managing legal cases from initial assessment through to conclusion.
