TSR Legal are proud to be working with a growing and highly regarded law firm that is looking to expand its Residential Property Team based in Bristol, with clients across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join an established conveyancing department handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Remortgages

The successful candidate will work closely alongside experienced Property Directors, gaining valuable hands-on experience within a supportive and progressive legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening new files and handling incoming enquiries
  • Assisting senior fee earners and Property Directors with transactions
  • Liaising with clients in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Communicating with lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and third parties
  • Preparing accounts and supporting billing processes
  • Ensuring files remain fully LEXCEL compliant
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and business development activities
