Specialising in residential conveyancing, the firm handles a broad range of high-quality transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership matters, luxury homes, and central London apartments. With a strong focus on client care and innovation, the team combines legal expertise with market-leading technology to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • New build properties

This position is based within the firm's Bristol office and would suit an experienced conveyancer looking to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team. Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, and Solicitors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience
