TSR Legal is delighted to be working in partnership with a fast-growing and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Qualified Lawyer to join its thriving Residential Conveyancing team in Cheltenham. The Role
- You will manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
- The caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, transfers of equity, and more complex residential property matters.
- This role also offers the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior team members while playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion.
- Handling freehold, leasehold, new build, and complex residential transactions.
- Delivering an exceptional standard of client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure efficient progression of matters.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant files using digital case management systems.
- Supporting the firm's innovative and technology-driven approach to legal services.
- Contributing positively to a supportive, ambitious, and team-focused culture.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Lawyer with 3+ years PQE.
- Proven experience independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions.
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with legal technology and case management systems.
- Proactive, commercially aware, and team-oriented approach.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
