TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well established law firm in Bristol who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive residential property team. The Role

You will support fee earners on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Managing files under supervision from inception to post-completion
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
  • Conducting searches and Land Registry applications
  • Maintaining accurate case management records
  • Providing a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process

Requirements
