Specialising in residential conveyancing, the firm handles a broad range of high-quality transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership matters, luxury homes, and central London apartments. The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • New build properties
  • Shared ownership matters

This position is based within the firm's Bristol office and would suit an experienced conveyancer looking to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team.

About You

Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, and Solicitors. You will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property transactions
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to file management
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • A positive, team-focused attitude aligned with the firm's collaborative culture
