TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well established law firm in Bristol who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive residential property team. The Role
You will support fee earners on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client care.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Managing files under supervision from inception to post-completion
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Conducting searches and Land Registry applications
- Maintaining accurate case management records
- Providing a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- Previous experience working within residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
- Familiarity with case management systems
