Residential Property Solicitor / Associate

TSR Legal is a full service firm based in Central Bristol looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate.

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing and running a full caseload (Non Panel Work)
• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re‑mortgages, new builds, and buy‑to‑let transactions
• Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice

Requirements

• Preferably 2‑4 years of post‑qualification experience
• Ability to handle own caseload independently
• Strong technical proficiency in residential conveyancing
• High levels of client care and communication
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Team player
