The Role

Working closely with fee earners and wider support teams, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. The successful candidate will provide efficient secretarial and administrative support while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence and documentation
- Diary management, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Preparing legal documents, forms, and client care correspondence
- Handling telephone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
- Opening, maintaining, and closing client files in line with compliance procedures
- Supporting fee earners with file progression and administration
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and external organisations
- Maintaining accurate records using the firms case management system
- Assisting with billing and document management where required
