The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • New build properties

This position is based within the firm's Bristol office and would suit an experienced conveyancer looking to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team.

About You

Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, and Solicitors. You will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience
