TSR Legal are proud to be working with a Top 50 Law Firm, that is continuing to expand its Real Estate Finance team following a sustained period of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Conveyancing Executive to join one of the firm's fastest-growing departments, working alongside an experienced and collaborative team on a broad range of high-quality real estate finance matters. The team advises both lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of property transactions, including acquisitions, development finance, refinancing, and secured lending matters. Clients include mainstream banks, challenger banks, bridging lenders, peer-to-peer lenders, developers, and private borrowers.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in supporting complex and varied real estate finance transactions while managing your own workload with increasing autonomy. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing files and undertaking legal work with minimal supervision
  • Handling routine file management including file opening, billing, and compliance processes
  • Raising and reviewing enquiries and progressing transactions efficiently
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documentation using precedents and templates
