TSR Legal is delighted to present an outstanding opportunity with a well established and growing law firm based in Swansea. The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Partner to join its expanding residential property team, working closely with and supporting the Managing Partner as part of its continued growth strategy.
This appointment can be made at Partner level for the right individual and represents a genuine leadership opportunity within the firm. It will suit an experienced residential conveyancer who is looking to take on a strategic role, contribute to the direction of the department and play a key part in the firm's long term success.
You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion, including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. You should be confident handling a small caseload of approximately 40 to 60 files while maintaining excellent standards of client care and ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Alongside your fee earning responsibilities, you will oversee and develop the conveyancing team. This will include supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff, leading on recruitment and hiring, supporting business development initiatives and helping to shape the structure and future growth of the department. For those joining at Partner level, there will be broader involvement in strategic planning and firm wide decision making.
Strong technical knowledge, excellent client facing skills and a proactive, commercially minded approach are essential.
