Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Chepstow
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an established and highly regarded law firm based in Chepstow is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking to further their career within a well-respected legal practice offering high-quality work and long-term career development.
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support the fee earners in managing a busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
- Conducting title checks and searches
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties
- Drafting standard letters and documents
- Assisting with exchange and completion procedures
- File opening, AML checks, and general administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competent IT skills, including experience with case management systems
