Job Description

Remortgage Conveyancer – Hybrid / Newport, South Wales

Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 Uncapped Bonuses Excellebt Benefits

TSR Legal are currently working with one of South Wales’ most innovative residential conveyancing companies to find motivated, detail-driven Remortgage Conveyancers to join their growing team. The Role

As a Remortgage Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of remortgage transactions from instruction to completion. This includes:

  • Managing all legal aspects of the remortgage process including leasehold, transfer of equity, staircasing, and tenancy remortgages.
  • Reviewing property titles, mortgage offers, and dealing with relevant correspondence.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out accurately and efficiently, while meeting deadlines and service level expectations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and thorough case records on the CMS.
  • Delivering exceptional client care and clear communication with third parties throughout the process.
  • Meeting performance and service KPIs in line with the department’s objectives.
