TSR Legal have been recently instructed by a multi office Legal 100 firm, who currently have a unique opportunity for a Legal Director / Partner to join the National Real Estate Finance team.
As a Senior Lawyer you will be joining a team of experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyers who advise lenders and borrowers on all types of real estate backed debt transactions covering all types of asset types and size.
As part of the Real Estate Finance department, you will be responsible for advising on all aspects of the transaction covering a wide range of clients such as private and commercial banks, alternative lenders, building societies and high net worth investors.
To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate that has experience of working within a Real Estate Finance department. Our client is looking for a candidate who is currently at a senior level or perhaps a Senior Associate looking for that next step up.
