Our client is a leading regional firm with offices in Bridgend. The firm is recognised as a leading firm in Bridgend and they can offer a competitive salary and excellent prospects with this role.

The Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor will run their own caseload and support the Partner with disputes. The work is varied but will include a mixture of housing and leasehold management work and property litigation. This will include injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes and general property disputes.

The person

You will be a Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor or Property Litigation Solicitor who has an interest to deal with some housing work. You will have strong academics and ties to South Wales. Given the structure of the Cardiff team, this role would suit a 2 plus years PQE Solicitor. Please note the level identified is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role.
