An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced claimant clinical negligence solicitor with a leading national practice with offices just outside Cardiff City Centre. This firm is known for its commitment to excellence in legal services. The Cardiff office is now looking to hire at the mid-senior level.
The national team are recognised for handling complex and high value clinical negligence cases, and quite often media sensitive. The firm seek to recruit an ambitious 5PQE+ clinical negligence solicitor to join the growing department in Cardiff. You will be required to demonstrate experience handling your own clinical negligence claims including high value and complex claims.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload covering the broad spectrum of clinical negligence including but not limited to:
- Delay in diagnosis
- Misdiagnosis
- Cancer claims
- Birth injuries to baby and mother
- Brain injury
- Fatal claims
You should be a Qualified Solicitor with experience (5PQE+) in growing a team/department and managing your own workload, within clinical negligence.
