Key Responsibilities
- Diary management and scheduling meetings and conference calls.
- Monitoring emails and responding or escalating as appropriate.
- Arranging travel and creating itineraries.
- Handling telephone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Managing document production and formatting, including amendments, indexing, and proofreading.
- Preparing short PowerPoint presentations and basic correspondence.
- Maintaining contact databases and supporting fee earners with expense processing.
- Liaising with internal teams such as Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Events.
