TSR Legal is working on behalf of a well-established law firm in Bridport that is looking for an experienced secretary to join their friendly and collaborative family team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to take the next step in their legal support career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage diaries and appointments
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence using digital dictation
- Handle client enquiries professionally, both over the phone and in person
- Liaise with law firms and third parties
- Maintain accurate filing of correspondence and legal documents
- Use the firm’s Case Management System to support operational efficiency : LEAP & BigHand
About You:
- Previous secretarial experience is essential
- Legal secretarial experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong typing skills and good command of Microsoft Office
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- A positive, professional team player
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
