About You
You will have extensive secretarial experience, ideally within Estate Administration. You will be positive, professional and a strong team player who thrives in a busy legal environment.
About the Team
The Estate Administration team specialises in providing advice and assistance to clients in the areas of probate and trust administration. The team works closely with other specialist departments within the firm in an open and welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. The department operates a partner-led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure that supports the development of junior team members and ensures work is allocated at the appropriate level.
What Will I Be Doing?
You will be responsible for handling new client enquiries, organising initial client meetings, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and assisting with file closures.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day running of a large caseload
- Liaising with clients and solicitors and reporting on progress
- Drafting legal documentation and producing routine correspondence
- Updating the case management system
