Job Description
Executive Assistant / Personal AssistantA dynamic and growing commercial law firm in Cheltenham is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior partners and contribute to the smooth running of the wider team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and collaborative environment where you will play a key role in supporting leadership, assisting with ad hoc projects, and helping to drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level EA/PA support to one or more Partners, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and preparation of documents.
- Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Partner(s).
- Assist with team support and coordination across departments when required.
- Support in the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Take an active role in organising team-wide initiatives, social events, and firm-wide communications.
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior EA/PA role, preferably within legal, professional services, or commercial environments.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with discretion, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and modern business tools.
