Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Crosshands, Carmarthenshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (3+ years PQE), £40,000 – £50,000 (6+ years PQE)
TSR Legal are pleased to sourcing for an excellent opportunity that has arisen for a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established and respected law firm based in Crosshands. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary package and clear progression opportunities.
This role is ideally suited to a legal professional with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Conveyancing, with Conveyancing experience being a desirable advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Deliver a high standard of client care and ensure all legal work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Act as a key point of contact for new client enquiries – both in-person and remotely (email and phone)
- Comply with all regulatory requirements (SRA/CLC) and firm-wide compliance procedures
- Maintain and develop strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Supervise and support secretarial or administrative staff as required
- Assist colleagues with caseloads as and when needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing (commercial conveyancing experience is advantageous)
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and case management systems
- Professional appearance and attitude
