TSR Legal are pleased to be working on an excellent opportunity for a Childcare Solicitor or Associate to join a progressive and people focused firm that places real emphasis on client care, collaboration and work life balance. You will be joining a friendly and well regarded team, taking on a varied caseload across both childcare and family law. The role will involve handling matters such as care proceedings, adoption and child arrangement orders, alongside broader private family work including divorce, financial matters and private children cases. This offers a well rounded mix of both private and publicly funded work.
The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload while also working collaboratively with colleagues. There is a strong focus on ongoing development, with support available to help you build your technical expertise across both childcare and wider family law as you progress your career.
Applications are invited from Solicitors or Associates with two or more years PQE, although candidates outside of this level will be considered where they can demonstrate the right skills, attitude and commitment to this area of law.
