Working alongside experienced Conveyancers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and friendly team where your contribution is genuinely valued, allowing fee earners to focus on more complex legal work while you provide first-class support throughout the transaction.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include

  • Providing comprehensive support to Residential Conveyancers.
  • Opening new files and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documentation.
  • Ordering searches and Land Registry documents.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors to provide transaction updates.
  • Preparing files for completion and billing. Managing incoming calls, emails and post.
  • Assisting with straightforward conveyancing matters where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing reception support when required.

About You

We’re keen to hear from candidates who have

  • Previous experience working within a legal environment.
  • Experience within residential conveyancing (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

  • Confidence building relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
