With offices across Wales and a collaborative, client‑focused culture, this is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their career within a highly regarded legal practice.

The Role

Working closely with experienced solicitors and partners, you will provide support on a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious matters, gaining valuable exposure to both Employment and Dispute Resolution work.

  • Assisting with the management of employment and litigation files from inception to conclusion.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, witness statements, and court forms.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, tribunals, and third parties.
  • Managing case documentation and ensuring files are maintained accurately.
  • Supporting fee earners with tribunal and court preparation.
  • Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes where required.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar legal support professional.
  • An interest in Employment Law and/or Dispute Resolution Litigation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive and professional approach to client service.
  • A Law degree, LPC, SQE, CILEX qualification, or equivalent legal experience would be advantageous.
