TSR Legal have a rare opportunity for a 1-3 PQE Solicitor to join a superb regional firm in their search to recruit a Solicitor into its Commercial Property team in Swansea offering hybrid working.
The Commercial Property team advises on the full scope of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, planning matters and agricultural property matters.
The team act on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, consisting of small owner managed businesses, private and public bodies and property developers.
The team prides itself on its in depth knowledge of the local and regional property market.
