TSR Legal is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team in Chepstow. The role offers autonomy with support from an experienced Property Assistant to focus on a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
You will handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, drafting contracts, raising and replying to enquiries, and managing files through exchange and completion while building strong client relationships.
