TSR Legal has been instructed to assist a well-established South Wales law firm to appoint a Newly Qualified Solicitor to their Corporate department, with flexibility to be based in Cardiff or Swansea. The role offers exposure to transactions across mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and corporate restructurings.
You will work alongside experienced Corporate Solicitors and Partners, assisting on larger deals while developing independent client work and a practical understanding of the role.
