TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with a proven track record to join a respected and successful firm with offices in Hereford. This is a varied role dealing with all aspects of Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The role encompasses the Administration of Estates, high value and/or complex estates, estate planning including drafting Wills and Trusts; preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney; Preparing Inheritance Tax forms and applying the appropriate IHT Reliefs, applications for the Grant of Representation and all aspects of post-grant administration.
Responsibilities
- Administration of Estates, including high value and complex estates
- Estate planning including drafting Wills and Trusts
- Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Preparing Inheritance Tax forms and applying appropriate IHT reliefs
- Applications for the Grant of Representation and all aspects of post-grant administration
- Provide a high level of client service and manage client expectations effectively
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in drafting and technical research
- Good commercial understanding and ability to apply legal principles to client circumstances
- Effective management of client expectations and high levels of client service
- Good organisational skills, record keeping and file management
- Organised and accurate approach to work
