A well-established legal services organisation is looking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ or experienced Family Lawyer looking for a varied caseload, a supportive working environment and genuine flexibility, with just one/two days per week required in the office.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, taking responsibility for your files from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Advising clients across a range of family law issues.
- Handling matrimonial finance matters.
- Conducting negotiations and working towards positive outcomes for clients.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and other relevant paperwork.
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets.
- Providing a high standard of client care throughout each matter.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to a supportive team environment.
About You
- Qualified as a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (NQ - 4PQE).
- Experience handling privately funded family law matters.
- Strong experience in matrimonial finance.
- Experience working towards billing, chargeable time or performance targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and experience using case management systems.
- A client-focused and collaborative approach.
