Employment Solicitor – 1+ PQE

TSR Legal are currently working with a leading Top 100 law firm in Bristol, who offer a full range of legal services to businesses and individuals.

Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team based in Bristol.

The successful candidate will work alongside an award-winning Partner who is highly ranked in the Legal 500.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical, commercial, employment law advice to a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, charities, and large listed companies.
  • Advise on a range of employment issues, such as restructuring, TUPE compliance, collective consultation obligations, outsourcing/insourcing arrangements, business immigration, employment contracts, dispute resolution, redundancies, and settlement agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives.
  • Stay up to date with changes in employment law and ensure clients are well-informed of relevant developments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 1years PQE with experience of working within an employment team
  • Proven experience in handling a broad spectrum of employment matters, either contentious or non-contentious.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
