TSR Legal are currently working in partnership with a well-established, client-focused law firm based in Cardiff, who are seeking a Receptionist / Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their residential property team. This is a varied dual role combining front-of-house reception duties with direct support to a fee earner within conveyancing. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in conveyancing support who is also confident in a client-facing environment.

About the Role: This is a dual-position role where you will be responsible for managing reception duties as well as providing dedicated administrative and legal support to a fee earner within the residential conveyancing department. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering excellent client service at reception while also assisting with the progression of conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and external parties
  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
