Your Role
- You will manage a broad range of commercial real estate matters for an established portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.
- You will advise on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, investment work and real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
- You will build and strengthen client relationships while delivering a consistently high standard of technical advice and commercial service.
- You will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues across the national team, contributing to major client relationships and cross office projects.
- You will support and mentor junior lawyers, playing an active role in the continued growth and success of the Cardiff team.
