TSR Legal has recently been instructed to assist a well-regarded South Wales law firm as they look to strengthen their Corporate & Commercial department with the appointment of an additional Solicitor at NQ to 3 years PQE, with flexibility to be based from either Cardiff or Swansea.

Our client has established a strong reputation across the region and continues to develop its commercial offering, acting for an impressive range of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs and larger corporate clients throughout Wales and beyond.

Due to continued growth and an increasing flow of instructions, the firm is now looking to appoint an ambitious junior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who is keen to develop broad experience across both transactional corporate work and commercial contracts. This would particularly suit a newly qualified solicitor who has completed a Corporate or Commercial seat during their training contract, as well as solicitors with up to three years’ post-qualification experience looking for greater exposure and responsibility.

As part of the team, you will gain hands‑on experience advising on:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Company reorganisations
  • Shareholder and investment agreements
  • Corporate governance
  • General company law matters

You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial agreements including:

  • Terms and conditions
  • Supply and distribution agreements
  • Service agreements
  • Other business-to-business contracts

You will work closely with experienced lawyers within the department, whilst being encouraged to develop direct client relationships and take increasing ownership of matters as your experience progresses.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to build a long-term career within Corporate and Commercial law in South Wales, with access to good-quality work, genuine career development and a supportive working environment.
