Our client regularly advises on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
The breadth and quality of the work sets the firm apart, advising across a comprehensive range of banking disciplines, including Corporate and Leverage Finance, Real Estate Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance, spanning the entire project lifecycle, from bid to repowering.
Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join the Cardiff team within the National Banking Practice Group. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactions, including corporate/leverage finance and real estate finance, engaging with a client base of private equity firms, banks, funds, and corporates.
Responsibilities
- Supporting complex finance transactions across multiple sectors and geographies
