Responsibilities
- Handle a broad caseload spanning share and asset sales, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership/LLP agreements, and bank funding.
- Provide pragmatic and commercially sound advice to a wide range of clients.
- Take responsibility for developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as building new connections with introducers.
- Contribute to business development and the ongoing expansion of the corporate offering.
- Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will
- Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in corporate law.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and entrepreneurial drive.
- Be confident working independently while thriving in a close-knit and collaborative team.
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Enjoy the variety of a broad corporate caseload.
