As a Corporate Solicitor with us, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including:
- mergers and acquisitions
- corporate governance and joint ventures
- capital markets and private equity
You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a range of corporate matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documents, conducting due diligence on behalf of clients, advising on corporate governance issues, as well as maintaining effective communication with clients.
