Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (NQ – 2 Years PQE) | Birmingham
TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a leading UK law firm that is looking to appoint a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join its well-established Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, or someone with up to two years’ post-qualification experience, to build their career within a highly respected property litigation practice.
You will work alongside experienced specialists on a varied caseload, advising a broad client base ranging from commercial landlords and occupiers to developers, investors and public sector organisations.
The role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial property disputes, including lease renewals, possession claims, covenant issues, dilapidations, rent recovery, forfeiture, service charge disputes and other landlord and tenant matters.
As your experience develops, you will take increasing responsibility for your own files while continuing to receive excellent supervision and mentoring.
Alongside your legal work, you will have the opportunity to build client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and become part of a collaborative team that values professional development and career progression.
About You
Newly Qualified Solicitor or up to 2 years’ PQE.
- Experience in real estate litigation during training or post-qualification is desirable, although candidates with a genuine interest in developing within this area will also be considered.
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
