About The Role
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will join a growing team and work closely with regional Partners. You will pick up a caseload of excellent quality of work, including but not limited to:
- Debt recovery
- Shareholder disputes
- Contract disputes
- Breach of contract claims
- Civil fraud
- Sales of goods
- Handling of more complex matters across the region
About You
You will be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 10+ PQE. You will be confident to deal with a high value caseload of claims and be interested to work for a growing regional firm.
