TSR Legal are seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualified experience to join a leading, forward-thinking legal team with a strong reputation in the UK property market.
The Role
- Work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant work (including lease negotiations and renewals)
- Property management and development
- Advising a wide range of clients such as developers, investors, corporate occupiers and high-net-worth individuals
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives.
About You
- Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE in commercial real estate
- Have strong technical knowledge and sound commercial judgement
- Be confident managing client relationships and working as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
